




Position Summary: Supervise surveillance services, manage emergencies, conduct operational inspections, coordinate with monitoring centers, and prepare detailed reports to ensure security. Supervise surveillance services assigned by monitoring centers, verifying compliance with quality standards, operational guidelines, internal policies, and applicable legal regulations in the sector. 2. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, activating the contingency plans defined by the client and the organization, in coordination with G4S monitoring centers and competent authorities when necessary. 3. Conduct operational patrols and inspections (ANS) to assess service status, identify risk conditions, verify proper execution of duties by operational personnel, and propose preventive and/or corrective actions. 4. Maintain ongoing coordination with G4S monitoring centers, reporting operational updates, significant incidents, alarm activations, service delivery failures, or any situation compromising the security of sites, using company-designated tools for such reporting. 5. Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational updates, findings, incidents, and operational recommendations, ensuring timely recording of relevant information for traceability and continuous service improvement in company-designated tools. 6. Provide on-site support and guidance to operational personnel, ensuring fulfillment of their duties, reinforcing established procedures, and resolving concerns or difficulties affecting normal operational execution. 7. Report operational updates regarding personnel presence, equipment issuance, weapon carriage (where applicable), and condition of personnel work equipment, in accordance with company-established guidelines. 8. Support weapon movements and transfers of equipment when required by operations, subject to prior routing through monitoring centers.
