We Are Hiring a Production Manager! We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and join our team. In this role, you will be challenged to lead and support production operations, ensuring compliance with established plans, quality standards, resource efficiency, and proper team performance. What Will Be Your Challenge? Lead production operations by coordinating the work team and monitoring processes to ensure achievement of productivity, quality, delivery time, and safety objectives. Production Monitoring: Monitor production activities and schedules to ensure adherence to established timelines. Quality Management: Verify compliance with quality standards, minimizing errors and rework. Resource Optimization: Control appropriate use of materials, supplies, and equipment, contributing to waste reduction. Safety and Self-Care: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities and propose actions that enhance process efficiency. Service Orientation: Timely address internal and external customer requirements, providing effective solutions. Organizational Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines. Lead and manage work teams of more than 10 people, guiding their performance, assigning tasks, monitoring goal achievement, and promoting teamwork to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Education: Degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Productivity and Quality, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or assembly product sectors. Salary: $5\.434\.000 plus additional benefits to be discussed during the interview.
