JOB DESCRIPTION **PROSEGUR COLOMBIA \- SECURITY GUARD** -------------------------------------------- **Location:** Rionegro, Antioquia **Job Description:** Prosegur Colombia is pleased to announce the search for a proactive and committed **Security Guard** to join our team in Rionegro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring security and access control at our facilities, as well as protecting company personnel and assets. This role is critical to maintaining peace and order, ensuring compliance with established protocols, and responding effectively to any incident. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Security Management:** Supervise and control the entry of people and vehicles into the facilities, ensuring only authorized personnel gain access. Implement and enforce the company’s established security policies and procedures. * **Surveillance and Monitoring:** Conduct periodic security patrols throughout the facilities to detect and prevent suspicious activity or potential risks. Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, responding immediately to alerts. * **Coordination and Communication:** Establish smooth and effective communication with internal and external security teams, as well as with competent authorities and emergency services in case of incidents. * **Incident Analysis and Reporting:** Document and report in detail and accurately any security incident, accident, or anomaly observed, following established formats and procedures. * **Risk Prevention:** Actively participate in identifying and assessing potential risks, proposing preventive measures to mitigate them. Participate in developing and updating emergency and contingency plans. * **Customer Service and Protocols:** Provide courteous and professional service to visitors, employees, and external personnel, serving as the first point of contact and ensuring exceptional customer service. Strictly comply with security protocols and operational procedures. * **Custody and Protection:** Ensure proper custody of keys, equipment, and materials assigned for performing job duties. REQUIREMENTS **Job Requirements:** * **Work Experience:** Minimum of **1 year of verifiable experience** in similar roles such as Security Guard, Private Security Officer, or related fields. Experience in corporate, industrial, or logistics environments will be valued. * Updated foundational security training course.
