We seek committed individuals with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent customer service to join our operations team for one of our Telecommunications sector clients. **What will be your mission?** Ensure security, surveillance, and access control at assigned (commercial) facilities, preventing risky situations and providing peace of mind to users. **Main Responsibilities** * **Access Control:** Register entry and exit of pedestrians, vehicles, visitors, and suppliers. * **Surveillance Rounds:** Conduct perimeter patrols to verify the condition of facilities. * **Monitoring:** Report any anomalies, malfunctions, or suspicious situations in the logbook and to the operations center. * **Emergency Protocols:** Respond promptly to crisis situations (fires, intrusions, medical emergencies) following company guidelines. * **Customer Service:** Provide guidance and courteous treatment to residents, employees, and visitors. **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** Base salary **$1\.750\.905** \+ Transportation subsidy **$249\.095 \+** Statutory benefits \+ Night, Sunday, and holiday surcharges. * Rotating shifts. * Monthly payments. * Work location: La Dorada, Caldas. **If you meet the profile, apply through this channel.** REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements to Apply** * **Education:** Graduated high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in the private security sector. * **Security Course:** Valid foundational or refresher course in surveillance. * **Military Status:** Defined
