Join us!** **PRIMARY ROLE OF THE POSITION** Define and ensure execution of medium- and high-complexity programs and initiatives; manage issues, incidents, cancellations, and all activities arising from the operation of applications under responsibility, guaranteeing achievement of objectives aligned with the Bank’s strategic priorities. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields, with postgraduate studies (Specialization or Master’s degree) in Project Management, Software Architecture, or Information Technology Management. ITIL framework knowledge or certification is highly valued to ensure excellence in service management and operational continuity. **EXPERIENCE** A solid professional trajectory of at least 10 years in technology areas, with a minimum of 5 years of specific experience leading the software development lifecycle and coordinating interdisciplinary teams in high-demand environments. Proven experience managing medium- and high-complexity projects, budget administration, and attainment of operational KPIs—preferably within the financial sector.
