About Us At **The MindsellerZ**, we are looking for our next **Project Manager** — a highly organized individual capable of coordinating teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and establishing the necessary structure for agile and efficient operations. You will work closely with the CEO, have direct impact on the company’s growth, and follow a defined development path toward the role of **Chief of Staff**, with an approximate timeline of one year for candidates who demonstrate results, autonomy, execution capability, and alignment with our culture. What You’ll Do: * Coordinate projects and ensure adherence to timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables. * Continuously monitor teams to guarantee progress on initiatives. * Organize and optimize internal processes using management tools, especially Notion. * Identify risks, propose solutions, and maintain operational alignment with business objectives. * Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic and growth-oriented projects. * Provide visibility into project status through reports and continuous tracking. What We’re Looking For: * Excellent organizational, planning, and tracking skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency with digital tools, especially Notion (or willingness to learn it quickly). * Clear communication, ability to foster accountability, and firm yet respectful follow-up. * High degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and capacity to set priorities. * Affinity for personal growth, education, and purpose-driven projects. * Prior experience in digital education companies, infoproducts, or corporate training initiatives is desirable. * Commercial acumen to understand business goals and ensure high-quality deliverables is desirable.
