Job Summary:
Responsible for repairing, adjusting, assembling, and maintaining industrial machinery and facilities, as well as documenting activities and collaborating on process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machinery and mechanical component repair and adjustment
2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities
3. Lubrication management and maintenance plan tracking
Repair and adjust various types of machinery, facilities, and mechanical components.
• Assemble, install, commission, and repair industrial equipment.
• Perform operations associated with assembly and maintenance of facilities (welding and painting).
* Fabricate and/or join mechanical components for maintenance and assembly of electromechanical facilities.
* Organize and manage preventive and corrective maintenance interventions according to service level, optimizing material resources.
• Inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to prevent failures.
• Lubricate, adjust, and replace worn parts before failures occur.
• Record and document all maintenance activities performed, including repairs and part replacements.
* Identify improvement opportunities in production and maintenance processes.
* Assist in conducting physical inventories relevant to the area.
* Address inquiries and provide information to customers and suppliers as applicable; request authorization.
Record and document all industrial maintenance and lubrication activities performed, including repairs and part replacements.
* Identify improvement opportunities in production and maintenance processes.
* Maintain integrity, reduce friction between moving parts, and extend asset service life.
* Manage, track, and update the lubrication maintenance plan in collaboration with the assigned workplace.
* Assist in conducting physical inventories relevant to the area.
* Address inquiries and provide information to customers and suppliers as applicable; request authorization.
* Manage and resolve incidents related to monthly audits.
* Support and collaborate in preparing reports and presentations for monthly management reviews.
* Collaborate in preparing information required for internal and external workplace audits.
