Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Assistant to perform cleaning and preventive or corrective maintenance of facilities, with experience in plumbing and white work. Key Highlights: 1. Perform cleaning and maintenance of facility and electrical installations 2. Basic knowledge of plumbing, white work, and white goods 3. Direct contract with the clinic At Fundación Clínica Shaio, we are looking for Facility Maintenance Assistants who have completed high school and hold a valid certification for working at heights. Must have experience and basic knowledge in plumbing, white work, and white goods. Perform cleaning and/or maintenance (preventive or corrective) on facility installations, electrical installations, hydraulic installations (e.g., water leaks), restrooms, windows, lamps, doorbells, outlets, switches, TV signals, sealing machines, compressors, and transport carts, in accordance with the maintenance schedule and requirements of various departments.
