Position Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to transform information and support strategic operational management through data analysis, interpretation, and visualization. Key Highlights: 1. GTR Abogados Recovery of Credits S.A.S. is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and support strategic operational management through information analysis, interpretation, and visualization. Job Objective Analyze, organize, and transform data into useful information for decision-making, monitor management indicators, and generate reports that identify operational improvement opportunities. Main Responsibilities Collect, organize, and databases. Management reports. Monitor and analyze operational indicators. Identify trends, behaviors, and improvement opportunities based on data. Develop dashboards and data visualization tools. Perform data cross-referencing, cleansing, and validation. Support various departments with information for decision-making. Ensure information quality, integrity, and reliability. Present results and analyses clearly and comprehensibly. Required Profile Technical, technological, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in GTR, preferably in collection agencies, BPOs, or contact centers. Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and databases. Analytical ability, logical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to interpret information and present results.
