**Job Summary:**
SENA Intern – Foreign Trade and Customs Operations
A student in a practical training phase responsible for supporting operational and administrative activities related to import/export processes, document management, billing, reports, and key performance indicators, contributing to compliance with internal procedures and efficient execution of foreign trade operations.
**Required Profile:**
* SENA or university student currently undergoing practical training in programs related to Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administrative Management, or similar fields.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Basic knowledge of foreign trade processes and document management is desirable.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
* Strong communication skills and willingness for continuous learning.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Support the receipt, review, and organization of documents related to import and export operations.
* Maintain up-to-date physical and digital files for operations.
* Enter and update information in corporate systems used by the department.
* Support tracking of documents required for customs procedures.
* Assist in preparing operational reports, KPIs, and management presentations.
* Provide support in billing activities and operational cost control.
* Support preparation of quotations and required commercial documentation.
* Perform administrative follow-up on assigned operations and support generating notifications to internal and external customers.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
* Support regulatory compliance, document control, and quality activities.
* Attend corporate trainings, compliance, safety, occupational health, and other training programs defined by the company.
