Control and regulate vehicular and pedestrian traffic flow. 2. Ensure safe circulation during operations and maneuvers. 3. Report incidents and ensure compliance with regulations. A reputable company is currently seeking **Traffic Wardens / Road Traffic Controllers** to support vehicular and pedestrian traffic control operations, ensuring safe mobility during operational activities and compliance with road safety regulations. **Responsibilities** * Control and regulate vehicular and pedestrian traffic flow using STOP and GO paddles. * Ensure safe circulation during loading, unloading, and maneuvering operations. * Install, maintain, and remove temporary signage in accordance with established procedures. * Coordinate mobility with operational staff to facilitate vehicle entry and exit. * Promptly report incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions. * Ensure compliance with traffic and road safety regulations. * Guide drivers and pedestrians regarding temporary detours or restrictions. * Maintain continuous communication with the supervisor to report updates. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), quality, and environmental policies. **Requirements** * High school diploma (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in road traffic control, signage, traffic warden duties, traffic assistants, civil works, logistics, or related positions. * Basic knowledge of traffic and road safety regulations. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Responsible individual with strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to work in a team. **Working Conditions** * Salary: Current Legal Minimum Wage. * Statutory benefits. * Project-based or task-based contract. * Rotating shifts: * 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. * Job stability. **Employment Type:** Full-time. **Work Location:** Bogotá – On-site.
