We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and technology-passionate individual who contributes to ensuring reliable digital experiences for students, faculty, staff, and users. **What will be your mission?** Ensure the quality of applications and technological solutions by executing functional, integration, and regression tests, identifying potential incidents before production deployment, and guaranteeing system and service stability. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Design, plan, and execute test plans for new developments and enhancements. * Validate web, mobile, and corporate platforms. * Verify compliance with acceptance criteria defined by development teams. * Identify, document, and manage errors or incidents found during testing. * Execute functional, integration, regression, and smoke tests. * Validate integrations between applications and the quality of processed data. * Perform database queries and validations. * Propose functional improvements, user experience (UX) enhancements, and user interface (UI) refinements. * Collaborate closely with development, business, and technology teams. * Support test automation processes and continuous improvement initiatives. **What are we looking for?** * Technician, technologist, or professional in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a tester in UI testing, web or mobile applications, and experience handling and executing database queries (SQL). **Desirable Knowledge** SQL and database management. JavaScript. Postman and Swagger. Jira and Azure DevOps. Test automation using tools such as Playwright or Cucumber. API validation and system-to-system integrations.
