Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to support accounting processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage finances for the group's companies. Key Highlights: 1. Oversee general accounting and optimize the tax structure **Accountant \- Bogotá.** Within our corporate group, we are seeking an **Accountant** to support the company’s accounting processes while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** · Record accounting transactions. · Prepare, review, and adjust financial statements and bank reconciliations for the group’s companies. · Manage taxes (VAT, Withholding Tax, ICA). · Perform bank reconciliations. · Support audits and meetings. · Record and reconcile financial transactions for each company within the group, ensuring proper registration of all operations. · Detailed report of payments made to suppliers, categorized by concept and/or cost center. · Bank control and reconciliation across the group’s entities, ensuring account balances accurately reflect each company’s financial reality. · Preparation of income tax annexes for various legal entities, in accordance with applicable local and international tax regulations PN\- PJ. · Audit and review of tax filings submitted by all group companies, ensuring fulfillment of PN\- PJ tax obligations. · Supervision of general accounting for each entity within the corporate group, ensuring compliance with local and internationally applicable tax and accounting regulations. · Preparation and filing of income tax returns for all group entities, partners, and legal representatives, in accordance with local and foreign tax regulations. · Inventory and fixed asset management for each group company, ensuring accurate recording and control of assets per entity. · Implementation and supervision of internal accounting and financial controls across the group, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all processes. · Generation of periodic billing statements or equivalent documents proportionally linked to tax generation. · Management of international regulations (in cases where any group entity operates in other countries), ensuring compliance with foreign tax legislation. · Advisory services for tenders and submission of international tax filings for group companies operating or conducting business with foreign entities. · Preparation of financial statements for presentation to investors and regulatory authorities, ensuring reports accurately reflect the group’s financial position. · Review of financial contracts and analysis of their impact on group entities’ accounting and tax obligations. · Optimization of the group’s tax structure, identifying opportunities to improve tax efficiency and reduce the tax burden within the framework of applicable law. **Requirements:** * Education: Certified Public Accountant with professional license. * Attach CV with supporting documents. * Experience: Minimum 4\- 5 years of verifiable experience in accounting functions. * Knowledge: Extensive experience in accounting processes. * Competencies: Responsibility, attention to detail, teamwork, and results orientation. Ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate effectively in teams, and communicate assertively. * **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * Position Type: Full-time **Working Conditions:** Contract: Fixed-term contract until December, with annual renewal. * Location: Northern Bogotá (Toberín and Mazurén districts). * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Compensation: Base salary of $3\.600\.000 \+ Non-statutory bonus of $700\.000 (starting from the third month). * Work Modality: 100% in-person.
