Active participation in key financial and accounting processes **Join our team!** We are looking for a committed, organized, and detail-oriented **Accounting Assistant \- Invoicing**, who wishes to strengthen their experience in accounting and electronic invoicing processes within a solid and continuously growing institution. **Required Profile** * Technical or Technological degree in Accounting or related fields. * Experience of **6 months to 1 year** as an Accounting Assistant. * Proficiency in office tools and information systems. * Prior experience in electronic invoicing processes and reconciliations is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, review, and approve invoicing requests in the PRECISO system. * Issue electronic invoices in accordance with current regulations. * Perform reconciliation of invoiced income corresponding to academic events. * Execute bank reconciliations. * Reconcile electronic documents issued in RADIAN. * Reconcile electronic documents received in RADIAN. **Competencies We Value** * Attention to detail. * Organization and planning. * Analytical ability. * Service orientation. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. **What We Offer** * Job stability. * Opportunity for learning and professional growth. * Excellent work environment. * Active participation in key financial and accounting processes.
