Opportunity for professional development in accounting and finance Job Objective Support accounting processes through the recording, control, and reconciliation of financial information, contributing to the fulfillment of the company's accounting, tax, and administrative obligations. Main Responsibilities * Record purchase, sales, and expense invoices in the accounting system. * Prepare and post income, expense, and journal vouchers. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Support accounts receivable and accounts payable management. * Organize and file accounting and financial documents. * Verify correct application of withholding taxes and other taxes. * Assist in preparing accounting and financial reports. * Collaborate on monthly and annual accounting closings. * Respond to internal or external audit requests. * Maintain up-to-date accounting information in the company's systems. Requirements * Technical diploma, technology degree, or student in Public Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Siigo accounting software. * Basic knowledge of accounting standards, taxes, and Microsoft Excel tools. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
