Here, you’ll be part of a company that values and champions new ways of thinking, work with dynamic individuals, and acquire new skills and experiences that will propel your career to new heights.** **Making animals’ lives better makes life better – join our team today!** **Responsibilities, duties, and activities:** * Administration of the promotional materials approval tool. * Updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with financial and non-financial information. * Supporting the organization and execution of seminars, talks, and congresses, and attending them to facilitate their success. * Preparing and presenting results of promotional campaigns. * Writing and publishing online content on industry digital channels. * Performing daily administrative tasks to support the brand manager in coordinating activities. Communication with suppliers for sourcing and purchasing promotional materials and other services for assigned brands. * **Minimum Qualifications (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):** * Student in final semesters of veterinary medicine or administrative programs. * English level B2 or higher. * Availability to attend the office in Bogotá in a hybrid model (2\-3 days per week) and occasional travel if required. * One-year internship (mandatory).
