The successful candidate will work in a fast\-paced environment, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Your new role: Your responsibilities will include:* Align administrative activities with the department’s annual business plan, contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives. * Organize, prioritize, and monitor the Senior Leader’s workload while effectively managing stakeholder expectations. * Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, technical arrangements, and catering services. * Maintain accurate, up\-to\-date, and accessible physical and digital filing systems. * Provide administrative support in handling highly confidential matters, ensuring best practices in sensitive information management. * Organize and manage travel itineraries in accordance with business requirements and company policies. * Distribute incoming correspondence promptly to ensure timely responses. * Serve as a liaison with internal and external contacts to support effective communication flows. * Screen, prioritize, and annotate incoming information, triaging and redirecting communications appropriately. * Assist in managing and responding to approval requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. * Provide general administrative support to the local Bogotá office.
