Join us and help bring our portfolio to every corner! **Responsibilities:** * Audit supplier functions to ensure optimal fleet condition. * Guarantee T2 fleet availability to support the distribution process. * Manage fleet legal requirements to minimize administrative costs and ensure fleet availability for use. * Manage collections for operational damages to fleet/equipment to minimize operating costs. * Monitor and control the budget assigned to FL Colombia for maintenance. * Track traffic tickets, SOAT expiration dates, technical-mechanical inspections, and fleet taxes. * Submit information to OFC (distribution availability and fleet mileage) to measure KPIs. * Exemplify KOF values and culture. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Industrial fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy-duty fleet administration, preferably international trucks such as Freightliner, Atego, Chevrolet, or similar roles. * Skills: Strategic Vision, Decision Making, Systems Thinking, Organization and Execution, Customer Orientation, and Effective Relationships. * Holistic focus on Leadership and results orientation. * Advanced Excel. * Access and Visual programming.
