Opportunity for professional development within a committed team A prominent consulting company requires a **Human Talent Assistant** for its team, who will be responsible for: **Responsibilities:** Supporting personnel recruitment and hiring processes; managing company documentation; handling social security affiliations (EPS, AFP, ARL, and Compensation Fund); drafting, controlling, and archiving employment contracts; digitizing information; managing and monitoring biometric systems; filing and tracking medical leave requests; supporting operational onboarding and employee well-being activities; resolving potential social security liabilities; transcribing and collecting medical leave payments; issuing and managing lockers; preparing meeting minutes; and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical or technological graduate, or undergraduate student in early semesters of Human Talent or related fields * 1 year of experience * Basic proficiency in office software, organizational skills, confidentiality, and effective communication. **Benefits:** Direct indefinite-term contract with the company * 1 year of experience * Salary: $1.750.905 + transportation allowance $249.095 + statutory benefits. * Work location: Chapinero Alto.
