Ensure the technical conditions and requirements of the food service at assigned locations and the timely delivery of bakery products. a. Comply with specifications and deadlines as outlined in the schedule assigned by your immediate supervisor. b. Deliver finished products to bakery assistants as required by the production area. c. Efficiently handle raw materials, supplies, and resources within the bakery area without generating waste. d. Guarantee the organoleptic properties of all products undergoing processing within the bakery area. e. Prepare various requested products (bread, pastries) according to the company’s established processes. f. Actively attend daily management meetings and maintain each area’s logbook.
