**Job Description** **Specific Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify the technological needs of each business unit and manage the proper delivery of IT solutions to meet those needs.
* Meet periodically with various stakeholders within the unit to understand that unit’s specific goals.
* Based on the unit’s needs, generate technological requirements to be addressed by the IT team.
* Serve as the primary communication point between the unit and IT teams.
* Prioritize, jointly with the unit, the various projects to be developed by IT.
* Facilitate the passage of all projects through the required approval stages.
* Ensure proper project documentation.
* Align and guarantee that projects conform to the company’s strategy.
**Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:**
Systems Engineer or related field.
Postgraduate degree in Project Management preferred.
**Experience:**
2–4 years of experience leading cross-functional projects, with knowledge of planning tools and agile methodologies.
**Technical Knowledge:**
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
**Languages:** Not applicable.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Mode: Initially on-site; subsequently offers the option to transition to a hybrid model.
Salary: 4,500,000 COP
Contract: Fixed-term contract for work or services, initially for 6 months; possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance.
