Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer to identify technological needs, manage IT solutions, and serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring project alignment with the company's strategy. It is globally recognized as the benchmark for quality and integrity, with over 95,000 employees and a network of more than 2,400 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** **Specific Responsibilities:** * Proactively identify the technological needs of each business unit and manage the proper delivery of IT solutions to meet those needs. * Meet periodically with various stakeholders within the unit to understand that unit’s specific goals. * Based on the unit’s needs, generate technological requirements to be addressed by the IT team. * Serve as the primary communication point between the unit and IT teams. * Prioritize, jointly with the unit, the various projects to be developed by IT. * Facilitate the passage of all projects through the required approval stages. * Ensure proper project documentation. * Align and guarantee that projects conform to the company’s strategy. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** Systems Engineer or related field. Postgraduate degree in Project Management preferred. **Experience:** 2–4 years of experience leading cross-functional projects, with knowledge of planning tools and agile methodologies. **Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge of agile methodologies. **Languages:** Not applicable. **Additional Information** Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Mode: Initially on-site; subsequently offers the option to transition to a hybrid model. Salary: 4,500,000 COP Contract: Fixed-term contract for work or services, initially for 6 months; possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract based on performance.
