At DUCON, a company with extensive experience in the design, production, supply, and installation of modular office systems, we are seeking dedicated, responsible, and carpentry-passionate individuals to strengthen our workforce. Position: Carpenter What are we looking for? * High school diploma (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in furniture manufacturing or carpentry. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation, tool handling, and assembly processes. * Quality-oriented individual with attention to detail and ability to work in a team. Your main responsibilities will include: * Interpreting blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications for furniture fabrication. * Performing cutting, framing, assembly, and fitting of particleboard components. * Verifying dimensions, finishes, and quality of fabricated components, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Assembling furniture and structures according to blueprints and technical specifications. * Performing necessary adjustments, repairs, and corrections to ensure final product quality. We offer: Indefinite-term contract. Salary between $1.850.000 and $1.950.000, depending on your experience. Work location: La Estrella, Antioquia.
