Ensure meal delivery under requested conditions and requirements, within previously established timeframes, and using standardized recipes. Ensure all production area processes comply with BPM and Quality standards—from raw material preparation through finished product delivery. Ensure control over raw materials used and budget allocated for the finished product (menus). Effectively execute established processes to ensure normal operation of the production area.
