This is a key role for a senior professional who can bridge business and technology, define data strategy, and guide implementation within a modern Microsoft\-based data ecosystem. **Location** * Fully remote position within LATAM. **Contract Duration** * Long\-term. **Language Requirement** * Advanced English. **What you'll do** * Design and lead the implementation of scalable and efficient **data architectures** aligned with business goals. * Translate business requirements into **technical data solutions**, defining clear specifications and data models. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams. * Act as the **technical leader** within a cross\-functional team, guiding a Data Engineer, Power BI specialist, and Product stakeholders. * Oversee the development and optimization of **data pipelines and workflows** using Azure\-based tools. * Ensure best practices in **data governance, data quality, and performance optimization.** * Enable and support **data visualization initiatives**, particularly through Power BI. * Contribute to the evolution of the platform toward **advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities.** **What you’ll bring** * 5\+ years of experience in **data architecture, data engineering, or similar roles.** * Strong hands\-on experience with **Power BI** for data visualization and reporting. * Experience working with **Azure Data Factory** and the Microsoft data ecosystem. * Solid understanding of **data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline design.** * Experience working in **cloud environments**, preferably Azure. * Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Proven ability to **define architecture and guide implementation** within small to mid\-sized teams. **What will make you stand out** * Exposure to **AI/ML initiatives** or building data platforms that support machine learning use cases. * Experience integrating **backend data systems with visualization layers.** * Familiarity with **modern development practices**, including AI\-assisted or agent\-based workflows. * Experience working in agile environments with cross\-functional teams. **Why EX Squared?** At EX Squared, we believe in building strong, collaborative teams that create meaningful impact.
