What we are looking for: \- Student or Technician in Electricity, Electronics, photovoltaic system installations, or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months of experience in the solar energy and/or electrical sector. \- Preferably hold a CONTE / CONALTEL card (NOT mandatory). \- Work location: Sincelejo (must be from the area) / Costa Caribe (willingness to travel to the coast when required by the project). What will you do? \- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, ensuring proper execution of assigned tasks and compliance with quality and safety standards. \- Assist in the installation and assembly of solar panels and other components of the photovoltaic system. \- Perform electrical wiring and connections according to technical drawings and specifications. \- Support in conducting tests and commissioning of photovoltaic systems. \- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of installed equipment and systems. \- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during task execution. \- Keep work areas clean and organized. \- Participate in coordination meetings and training sessions. \- Assist in inventory management and control of tools and materials. \- Assist in resolving technical issues that may arise during system installation or maintenance.
