Emphasis on safety, quality, and compliance with technical standards. **Job Description** At Electromantenimiento AC S.A.S., we seek Electrical Technicians and Assistants to perform installation, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on industrial and commercial electrical systems. The position requires personnel committed to safety, service quality, and compliance with the company’s technical standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform electrical system installation and maintenance activities. * Intervene on equipment such as substations, transformers, power plants, and electrical networks. * Carry out conduit assembly, wiring, and electrical connections. * Interpret electrical drawings (primarily applicable to Technicians). * Support electrical testing, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting. * Comply with electrical safety regulations and safe working-at-heights practices. * Proper handling of tools and measurement equipment. * Complete technical reports documenting performed activities. **Requirements** **Electrical Technician:** * Education: Technical or technological degree in electricity or related fields. * Experience: Minimum (specify years) of experience in industrial electrical maintenance and installation. * Valid CONTE or CONALTEL certification (mandatory requirement). * Knowledge of electrical drawing interpretation and fieldwork execution. **Electrical Assistant:** * Education: Technical degree in electricity or currently pursuing such training. * Experience: Minimum (specify) experience supporting electrical tasks. * Willingness to learn and perform operational work. **Additional Requirements** * Valid working-at-heights training course (desirable). * Availability for travel. * Basic knowledge of RETIE regulations and electrical safety. **Competencies** * Teamwork * Responsibility * Attention to detail * Following instructions * Commitment to safety Work Location: On-site employment
