The position combines financial knowledge, advanced data analytics, and project execution to transform business requirements into scalable, reliable, and well\-documented solutions. **How You'll Create Impact** ---------------------------- * Develop, maintain, and optimize financial dashboards, reports, data models, and analytical solutions in Power BI. * Build advanced SQL queries and data transformation processes using Snowflake and other data platforms. * Create financial models, reconciliations, controls, and ad hoc analyses using Excel. * Support FP\&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews. * Manage data, reporting, automation, integration, and migration projects from requirements gathering through implementation. * Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve existing processes. * Validate and reconcile information across SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, Hyperion, and other corporate systems. * Ensure data quality, accuracy, traceability, and performance across large datasets. * Develop mappings, business rules, data\-quality controls, and exception reports. * Document data sources, transformations, dependencies, controls, and refresh processes. * Collaborate with global Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Data Engineering teams. **What Makes You Stand Out** ---------------------------- * **Core Competencies** + Strong financial and analytical thinking. + Advanced problem\-solving skills. + High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. + Strong project\-management and continuous\-improvement orientation. + Effective communication with financial, technical, and operational stakeholders. + Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions. **Your Background** ------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. * At least **four years of experience** in FP\&A, financial analytics, Business Intelligence, data analytics, financial reporting, or a related area. * **Advanced Excel skills**, including complex formulas, PivotTables, financial modeling, data analysis, and management of large datasets. * **Advanced Power BI skills**, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard development, performance optimization, and Power BI Service. * **Advanced SQL skills**, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, data transformations, validation, and query optimization. * Experience working with SAP and data extracted from ERP systems.
