Ensure order and cleanliness are maintained across all facilities at the assigned location, complying with quality standards. a) Guarantee and maintain effective cleanliness in all work areas and common areas—including hallways, locker rooms, offices, and others—according to the assigned location’s facility layout. b) Maintain cleanliness and order in all areas to control the proliferation of microorganisms or diseases that could affect various prepared food items. c) Ensure effective utilization of supplies and materials within the production center, in coordination with the assigned work team. d) Oversee order and cleanliness across all GCG areas at the assigned location, meeting client-specified requirements for food service as outlined in the contract applicable to the location. 2) Ensure all GCG food-handling work areas remain in optimal condition, complying with quality standards: a) Ensure any tool or utensil used in food production is clean and disinfected prior to use by GCG staff. b) Ensure all equipment/machinery located in the production area meets the cleaning and disinfection conditions stipulated in GCG’s cleaning and disinfection program. c) Execute cleaning and disinfection processes and procedures in the production area, adhering to previously established standards for quality, food safety, and occupational safety.
