That's Sharing Expertise. **Purpose of the Position** * Provide cross\-functional operational support across different people services areas such as: Payroll, Validated Learning and HR Data Management, ensuring service continuity, reporting accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness. * Act as a key operational resource for reporting, documentation management, ticket administration, audit support, and data maintenance activities. * Cooperate with automation, digitalization, and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and employee experience across People Services operations. **Responsibilities** Support the People Services operation through the assignment, routing, monitoring, and follow\-up of requests, tickets, and operational activities across Payroll, Validated Learning, and HR Data Management * Provide administrative and operational support to different functional teams based on workload, business priorities, and service delivery requirements . * Assist with non\-specialized transactional activities, including data entry, record updates, and process documentation updates. * Support with the preparation and consolidation of operational payroll reports. * Perform data quality audits/reviews and identify discrepancies for appropriate escalation and resolution * Support with operational documentation maintenance, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, work instructions, and process records. * Collaborate with process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives that increase efficiency, standardization, and service quality across People Services. * Cooperate in dashboard data maintenance when required for KPIs monitoring. * * Handles general inquiries, supported by answers to predefined questions Become part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
