Summary: The HR Solutions Expert will support HR programs, provide excellent customer service, manage employee and stakeholder expectations, and partner with other teams to resolve issues. Highlights: 1. Efficiently interact with employees and leaders to resolve HR inquiries 2. Provide leave of absence and offboarding support 3. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations The HR Solutions Expert l will follow defined processes and work instructions to support the different HR programs, providing excellent customer service, and manage the employees and stakeholder expectations. The HR Solutions Expert will also partner with other teams to provide services or resolve employee issues.**What will you do:** * Efficiently interact with employees and leaders to answer questions and resolve HR inquiries. * Provide leave of absence support including receiving, auditing and processing medical leaves, paid, unpaid, bereavement, maternity and paternity leaves. * Provide offboarding support including creation of offboarding documents, termination of workday reports, performing exit interviews * Build reports for stakeholders, HR and payroll teams. * Build employee physical folders and maintain and update employee records in HR systems. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. * Handle personally identifiable information (“PII”) that pertains to any individual (e.g. employees, job applicants, customers, etc.) in accordance with Asurion’s internal Privacy Policy, Information Privacy Standard, and public facing privacy policies. Complete any required privacy training. * Participate in process improvement projects to drive efficiency and customer experience outcomes. * Develop and maintain work instructions and knowledge articles **If you are a good fit for the job, you will have:** * 1 year of experience in an HR role * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business administration, or related field is required * Strong verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Spanish). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems * Strong computer skills. * Strong ability to ask probing questions to aid in problem solving. * High level of attention to detail. * Excellent customer service skills. * Team\-oriented with a proactive attitude. **Health \& Safety Requirements:** * Comply with rules, regulations and policies related to Health and Safety at Work (H\&S). * Apply the rules to ensure a workplace free of tobacco, alcohol, and drugs. * know and use properly the H\&S procedures for assigned tasks, as well know their risks related to work activities, apply the measures to control it and participate in the prevention of occupational risks through the activities carried out in the company. * Report the risk conditions detected. * Report immediately any work accident or incident. * Additional provide clear, complete, and truthful information about their status of health. * Helps with the health care compliance. * Comply with the schedule of medical examinations. * Participate in induction activities and training in Safety and Health at Work. * Know and apply basic safety standards for commonly used tools(PC, Monitor, Chairs, Headband). * Know and apply workplace emergency procedures, including alarms, protection systems, emergency systems and communications. * Participate in the election of the joint committee on safety and health at work (COPASST in Spanish) and the election of the Cohabitation committee
