




Training and/or education required for the candidate: 1. Foundation of automotive diagnostic centers 2. Awareness of ISO/IEC 17020:2012 3. Current legal requirements and Colombian Technical Standards related to Technical-Mechanical Inspection and Pollutant Emissions 4. 125-hour Automotive Mechanics Course (Internal Combustion Engines: 20 hours; Lighting and Signaling Systems: 10 hours; Steering and Suspension: 25 hours; Timing and Gas Analysis: 25 hours; Brake Systems: 20 hours; Chassis and Bodywork: 10 hours; Operation of Technical-Mechanical Inspection Equipment: 15 hours). 5. Every two (2) years, technicians must complete training courses totaling no fewer than forty (40) hours in automotive diagnostic processes. Others: As established according to the identified training needs arising from job performance, with the aim of reinforcing knowledge and/or enhancing competence, and as determined by periodic performance evaluations.
