Development of commercial proposals and purchase order management. **Position:** Internal Sales Support We are looking for a Technologist and/or a student in the final semesters of Instrumentation, Automation and Control to support sales, engineering, and project processes in telemetry, control, and supervision for clients in the oil \& gas, energy, water, manufacturing, and general industry sectors. The position focuses on sales support, quotations, purchase orders, and all processes related to the sales cycle. **Experience:** 1 \- 2 years **Education:** Technologist in Automation and Control, or student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. **English Proficiency:** Desired Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. **Competencies:** * Ability to follow instructions and procedures. * Organized, punctual individual with willingness to learn new tasks. * Strong communication skills when interacting with clients and manufacturers. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities for administrative and logistical issues. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of commercial proposals and quotations. * Management and monitoring of procurement\-sales platforms and portals. * Process and documentation coordination with domestic and international manufacturers. * Processing and tracking of purchase orders and deliveries. * Processing and tracking of repair and service orders. * Registration and management of the sales “Funnel”.
