**Responsibilities and Duties**
Plan, direct, coordinate, control, and close assigned projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and commitments made to clients.
Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, maintaining continuous interaction through follow-up meetings, progress presentations, and commitment management.
Manage project risks by identifying, evaluating, documenting, and monitoring them using risk management methodologies, defining and implementing mitigation plans to minimize their impact on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Manage technical, administrative, and contractual project documentation, ensuring its timely preparation, review, approval, and delivery—including engineering documentation, minutes, deliverables, and supporting documents required for customer acceptance and billing—contributing to reduced billing cycles and fulfillment of contractual requirements.
Supervise and control the overall execution of projects, coordinating activities across various involved departments, promoting integration among multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring proper sequencing of activities.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and management tools, ensuring continuous updates to control systems, schedules, executive reports, and project records, thereby maintaining reliable information for decision-making and progress tracking.
Manage project deviations, changes, and non-conformities, leading the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to control impacts on scope, time, cost, and quality.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Business Administration or Engineering (Telecommunications, Industrial, Systems, Electronics)
Experience in roles related to projects, operations, or support
Knowledge of project management
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Intermediate English (desirable)
