Comply with established standards and procedures for handling and storage of raw materials and supplies, taking into account instructions, records, labels, charts, and other supporting documents. Comply with stipulated procedures for preparation, labeling, and storage of each dish. Prepare hot and cold platters according to specifications described in the client's manual (portion sizes, presentation, and quality). Deliver services to the Shift Supervisor, Quality Inspector, or Production Manager for review and release. Maintain production area records for which you are responsible. " Prepare cold, hot, or other services as indicated in the Production Order for institutional clients and national or international flight crews or passengers. Receive raw materials with their specifications from the warehouse or Supervisor for preparation. Operational responsibility for handling supplies, materials, and tools required to prepare foods requested by the client.
