Support production activities related to the preparation of cold and hot foods, pre-preparation of raw materials, and cleaning and disinfection of raw materials, inputs, and their equipment, performing all duties within defined quality and productivity criteria. Additionally, comply with company-established standards, including those related to Good Manufacturing Practices. Scope: Operational responsibility for handling inputs, materials, and tools used in preparing foods requested by the customer.
