Focus on operational excellence, capacity planning, and resource management **Summary of Role** The Lead Solution Consultant is responsible for the operational, administrative, and delivery management of the Solution Consultant team within the Center of Excellence (CoE). This role ensures that resources are effectively utilized, delivery timelines are met, and implementation work is executed with consistency, predictability, and efficiency. The role has a strong focus on capacity planning, occupancy control, delivery efficiency, and execution governance. While technical understanding of the solutions is required, the primary responsibility is to enable the team to deliver at scale through structure, planning, and accountability. **How You’ll Succeed** * Ensure effective delivery execution, healthy resource utilization, and predictable implementation outcomes. * Drive high and healthy occupancy rates without consultant burnout. * Deliver predictable delivery timelines with fewer last\-minute escalations. * Provide clear visibility into capacity, efficiency, and delivery health. * Enable Solution Consultants to focus on execution, not operational chaos. * Build scalable CoE model that supports business growth. * Operate comfortably in SaaS and cloud\-based enterprise software implementation environments. * Work with cloud\-native, multi\-tenant platforms. * Apply practical understanding of cloud delivery models, including deployment, configuration, and release management. * Operate effectively during transitions from legacy products to fully cloud\-based solutions. **What You Bring** * 3\+ years of relevant experience * Experience leading or coordinating consulting, implementation, or delivery teams * Experience supporting or leading implementations in a cloud\-only roadmap environment * Strong operational mindset with proven experience in capacity planning and resource management * Understand cloud security, access management, and data governance concepts at a functional level * Experience tracking utilization, occupancy, and delivery efficiency * Solid understanding of enterprise software implementations * Strong communication skills to manage expectations across teams and stakeholders * Ability to enforce structure and accountability without adding unnecessary bureaucracy * Comfort making prioritization decisions and addressing performance issues **Who You Are** Plan and Aligns: You plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
