Opportunity to work in a dynamic and organized environment Position Purpose Efficiently support the logistics process, ensuring proper receipt, storage, packing, and shipment of company products. Guarantee inventory accuracy, on-time delivery fulfillment, and appropriate handling of goods to contribute to customer satisfaction and company operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities 1\. Receiving Products and Materials: * Receive ladders, parts, and other products from suppliers or the production area. * Verify quantities, references, dimensions, and physical conditions against invoices and/or purchase orders. * Record discrepancies, shortages, or damages and report them promptly. 2\. Storage and Organization: * Properly place products in assigned zones according to type, size, and instructions provided. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and signage in storage areas and point-of-sale locations. * Ensure products are protected against scratches, impacts, or deterioration. 3\. Order Preparation and Shipping: * Prepare ladders and other metal products as instructed by the commercial and administrative departments. * Perform appropriate packaging for safe transportation (use of plastics, cardboard, protective materials, labels). * Deliver and ensure correct handling with carriers and/or company-owned/third-party transport for local and national shipments. * Ensure proper documentation for each shipment (waybills, delivery notes, invoices). 4\. Inventory Control: * Record incoming and outgoing items in the assigned system or platform. * Participate in physical inventories and stock reconciliations. * Promptly report discrepancies or products with low stock levels. 5\. Support for Reverse Logistics and Returns: * Receive and inspect customer/supplier returns. * Classify returned products based on condition (reusable, repairable, discard). 6\. Safety and Maintenance: * Comply with industrial safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment. * Assist in loading and unloading transport vehicles. * Support basic maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping of the warehouse area. Position Profile Education: * Technical high school diploma or technological degree in logistics, administration, operations, or related fields. Experience: * Minimum 1 year in roles related to warehouse, packing, distribution, or logistics. Knowledge: * Inventory management and stock control. * Basic use of Office tools: Excel, Outlook. * Product packing and safe handling.
