Support in expansion and opening of new branches. **A leading company in the logistics sector** is seeking an **Operational Support and Network Coordinator** to ensure stability, continuity, and compliance of the national operations of active branches. The selected candidate will be responsible for tactical monitoring of branches, providing guidance to operational teams and supervisors, supporting stabilization processes following openings, and participating in network expansion and intervention as required. **Responsibilities** * Provide daily operational support to branches nationwide. * Monitor operational performance and compliance of active branches. * Support supervisors and operational teams in managing operational incidents. * Monitor and stabilize branches after new openings. * Execute tactical actions aimed at ensuring operational continuity and efficiency. * Identify deviations and opportunities for improvement in operational processes. * Coordinate and monitor action plans to resolve incidents and ensure their closure. * Support expansion and opening of new branches when required. * Provide operational guidance and intervention across different regions. * Track results and achievement of established objectives. * Maintain constant communication with supervisors and branch managers. * Support operational decision-making to ensure service continuity. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies in **management, profitable growth, channel development, process optimization, or related areas** are desirable. * Experience in **national-level coordination, operational support, or operations management**. * Experience in monitoring branches, operational sites, commercial networks, or logistics networks. * Knowledge of last-mile delivery and logistics operations. * Ability to track operational KPIs and results. * Leadership, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills. * Availability to conduct operational visits and travel as operationally required. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams nationwide. **Working Conditions** * **Position:** Operational Support and Network Coordinator. * **Location:** Bogotá D.C. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. * **Salary:** **$5\.000\.000 \+ statutory benefits.** * **Contract Type:** To be determined.
