We are currently looking for an Operations Assistant passionate about efficiency, control, and results to join our team in Medellín and Bogotá. What will be your challenge? Ensure the correct execution, monitoring, and control of transportation operations, guaranteeing compliance with departmental KPIs and optimal use of the company's digital tools. Requirements to Apply: Academic Qualification: Technician degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of solid experience in the cargo transportation or logistics sector. Technical Competencies: Mandatory experience in operating and controlling operations platforms (Transportation Management Systems \- TMS, logistics software, or monitoring platforms). Position Conditions: Location: Medellín and Bogotá Schedule: Monday to Saturday (availability subject to operational needs).
