Our broad portfolio of high-quality, differentiated branded generic medicines covers multiple therapeutic areas.** ### **As a** **Production Coordinator****, you will be responsible for coordinating production processes—including weighing, manufacturing, and primary packaging—within your assigned area, efficiently managing human and physical resources to ensure adherence to production plans, quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), productivity, and process optimization.** ### **What You’ll Do** * ### **Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.** * ### **Ensure compliance with manufacturing and packaging schedules according to established plans.** * ### **Manage and optimize production resources, ensuring productivity and operational efficiency.** * ### **Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management System standards.** * ### **Supervise proper execution of equipment cleaning, equipment readiness, and required environmental conditions for production.** * ### **Track management indicators, manufacturing yields, raw material consumption, and production cycle times.** * ### **Lead investigations related to deviations, non-conformances, workplace accidents, and improvement opportunities.** * ### **Coordinate activities with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, and other support functions.** * ### **Manage your team, promoting development, training, and adherence to established procedures.** * ### **Drive continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, efficiency, and process optimization.** * ### **Monitor technical closure of manufacturing orders and bulk product inventory control.** * ### **Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.** ### **Required Qualifications** * ### **Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry** * ### **3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics industries.** * ### **Experience in roles such as Analyst, Supervisor, Coordinator, or Team Lead in Production, Quality Control, Research & Development, or Validation.** * ### **Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.** * ### **Knowledge and application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).** * ### **Experience in personnel management and productive resource administration.** * ### **Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.** ### **Preferred Qualifications** * ### **Training in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.** * ### **Experience leading continuous improvement projects.** * ### **Knowledge of production planning and control.** * ### **Proficiency in performance metrics and productivity analysis.** * ### **Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.** * ### **Familiarity with SAP and technology tools for operations management.** * ### **Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills.** ### **Apply Now** ### **Pursue your professional aspirations with Abbott to access diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
