Institutional follow-up and articulation in project activities ### **Organization: Corprogreso** Honorarium: $6\.000\.000 Contract Type: Service Provision Contract Duration: 4 months Location: RIOHACHA, Colombia Active Until: August 21, 2026 Professional ID card is mandatory Professional Field / Area of Expertise: Agronomy Experience: 4 Years ### **GENERAL DESCRIPTION** \*\*MINIMUM STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: \*\* **Education**: Professional degree in Agronomy, Animal Science, Agricultural Engineering, Agroforestry Engineering, Agricultural and Livestock Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields aligned with the responsibilities of this position. **Experience**: At least four (4\) years of relevant experience in agricultural and/or livestock and/or agro-livestock activities with communities. **Desirable**: • Belonging to the Wayúu ethnic group and fluency in Wayuunaiki language. • Experience in developing virtual and face-to-face training methodologies. • Experience working with the Wayúu people. **The professional will be responsible for the following activities and functions**: • Monitor the agreement between WFP and the cooperating partner for implementation of productive units. • Conduct follow-up and establish protocols for procurement processes of inputs and tools to be delivered to communities. • Review and supplement the agricultural and livestock thematic components required for the project, ensuring that the methodologies employed address household needs and align with the work plan agreed upon with the partner. • Provide technical accompaniment to communities during field visits and at moments when specific needs requiring guidance or additional reinforcement are identified, using communication channels that enable timely action and tracking of program objectives. • Accompany institutional follow-up and articulation visits for project activity implementation. • Submit activity reports to supervision; reporting frequency is monthly or earlier if required. • Respond promptly and implement improvement actions for monitoring alerts and escalated cases in the SUGAR platform through feedback mechanisms with communities. • Carry out other duties inherent to the role and/or any additional tasks assigned to ensure proper project development. * Applications must be submitted within the validity period of the call; candidates advancing to the selection process must be registered and have completed applications. * All supporting documents for education and specific experience must be uploaded; requirement verification is based solely on these documents.
