We are committed to elevating travel \& culinary experiences for all our customer's journeys, becoming the top choice in the region. * Monitor compliance with procedures described in the Food Safety Manual and customer manuals. * Monitor and record environmental conditions for food production and preservation. * Monitor temperatures of cold rooms and refrigerators, as well as of products in process and finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
