This is a senior, hands\-on role responsible for architecting, optimizing, and advancing the company’s data environment. You will serve as the primary authority on reporting, data modeling, and analytics infrastructure while partnering with leadership and departments across the organization to drive smarter, data\-backed decisions. This position is designed for someone who wants to build, improve, and scale a modern data platform with long\-term growth potential as the function expands. **What you will do:** * Own and optimize all company Power BI dashboards and reports * Lead the development and evolution of our Microsoft Fabric environment * Architect and maintain the company’s data warehouse infrastructure * Design and implement scalable data models * Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes * Establish data governance standards and reporting best practices * Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership to define analytics needs * Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions * Continuously improve performance, accuracy, and reliability of reporting systems **What you bring:** * 5\+ years' experience in data analytics, BI, or data platform roles * Advanced Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning) * Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data architecture * Deep understanding of SQL and relational database design * Experience building and maintaining data warehouses * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non\-technical stakeholders * Self\-starter who thrives with ownership and autonomy **Equal Opportunity Employer:** AspenView is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
