In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver complex, high\-impact technology projects that support our business and clients globally. You’ll fit right in if you’re **organized, collaborative, and solutions\-driven**, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale. **What You’ll Do** * Lead end\-to\-end delivery of complex IT projects, from initiation through completion. * Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver results. * Drive alignment across stakeholders and build strong relationships to support project success. * Ensure projects meet business requirements, quality standards, and strategic objectives. * **What You’ll Bring** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). * 10\+ years of experience managing complex IT projects in a matrixed environment. * Proven ability to lead cross\-functional initiatives and deliver projects on time and within scope. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in global environments. * Experience using project management tools and methodologies. **Nice to Have** * Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent). * Postgraduate degree in a related field. * Experience with systems integration, architecture, or product development projects.
