Participation in the execution of technological projects **Position: Systems Assistant** **Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV)** **Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract** **Working Hours: Shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (rotating shifts according to operational needs)** **Work Modality: 100% on-site** **Location: Barranquilla** **Opportunity for professional growth in the technology field** **Responsibilities:** Technical Support: **Provide basic technical support to internal users regarding hardware, software, networks, and collaborative tools.** Installation and Maintenance: **Assist with the installation, configuration, and preventive/corrective maintenance of computers and peripherals.** Ticket Management: **Handle and log requests and incidents in the helpdesk tool.** Technical Documentation: **Assist in developing and updating manuals, equipment inventories, and technical reports.** Networks and Connectivity: **Support monitoring of the local network, access points, and internal connectivity.** User Management: **Assist with creation and administration of user accounts on internal platforms and access control.** Project Support: **Participate in executing departmental technology projects, such as migrations, upgrades, or infrastructure improvements.** **Requirements:** **Currently enrolled in a technical or technological program in Systems, Computer Science, Technical Support, Networks, or related fields.** * Basic knowledge of hardware maintenance, networks, and operating systems. * Proficiency in office productivity tools and a proactive attitude toward learning. * Ability to work collaboratively, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
