The role includes **technical consultation for systems such as access control, security, and telephony**, as well as managing the **IT asset lifecycle** (discovery, inventory, monitoring for failures) and offering onsite assistance when needed. Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in IT (Bachelor’s preferred), have strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, and be able to work independently in fast\-paced environments to ensure **business continuity, system availability, and process improvement**. **Qualifications*** + **Education:** - College diploma in Information Technology or related discipline - Bachelor’s degree preferred + **Experience:** - Advanced IT support background (typically **5\+ years in corporate environments**) - Hardware/software troubleshooting and break\-fix/repair - Experience coordinating with IT teams and vendors + **Technical Skills:** - IT asset lifecycle management (discovery, inventory, monitoring for failures) - Technical consultation and design for business\-driven solutions (Access Control, Security Systems, Telephony) - Strong knowledge of IT support and operational technologies + **Soft Skills:** - Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem\-solving abilities - Ability to work independently in fast\-paced environments - Excellent communication and customer service orientation - Time management and prioritization skills + **Languages:** + English – Intermediate proficiency required + French and/or Spanish preferred
