A prominent service-sector company is currently seeking a High School Graduate, Teacher Training Graduate, or Therapeutic Technician to fill the position of Support Therapeutic Trainer, with a minimum of two (2) years of certified experience working with children, girls, adolescents, vulnerable populations, or institutions belonging to the Juvenile Criminal Responsibility System (SRPA).
**Main Responsibilities**
* Support actions aimed at fulfilling the Coexistence Agreement, in alignment with the pedagogical component, through individual and group interventions that promote the active participation of adolescents and youth in various activities of the comprehensive care process.
* Accompany the implementation of Comprehensive Care Process activities led by the technical team for the Institution’s users.
* Provide accompaniment to adolescents and youth requiring assistance during travel for scheduled activities.
* Carry out containment actions within the Institution and support disciplinary matters, within the framework of the Coexistence Agreement.
* Guarantee the promotion, defense, and practice of the fundamental rights of children, girls, adolescents, and youth affiliated with the Institution, in the daily context of institutional care.
* Perform any other duties inherent to the position assigned by the immediate supervisor and related to service delivery.
**Employment Conditions**
* **Contract Type:** Project-based or labor contract.
* **Salary:** $1,850,000 monthly.
* **Working Hours:** Rotating shifts.
* First shift: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
* Second shift: 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
* Availability to work two (2) weekends per month, according to institutional scheduling.
