We aim to strengthen our operational team with a collaborator who ensures appropriate facility maintenance, contributing to operational continuity and infrastructure integrity. **Position Purpose** To carry out locative, corrective, and preventive maintenance activities across company facilities, ensuring proper functionality of infrastructure, equipment, and physical spaces through basic work across various trades. **Job Responsibilities** **I. General Locative Maintenance** * Clean and maintain common areas (parking lots, restrooms, sinks, windows, glass, roofs, and walls) * Perform conservation and housekeeping tasks for facilities * Report damages, deterioration, or unsafe conditions **II. Civil Works and Finishes** * Perform masonry work (patching, stucco, minor repairs) * Carry out interior and exterior painting * Execute locative finishing work on buildings * Install and repair sheet metal and ceramic flooring * Support infrastructure maintenance and improvement processes **III. Basic Technical Maintenance** * Perform basic electrical work (replacing light fixtures, outlets, basic panel inspections) * Conduct basic plumbing repairs (leaks, faucet replacements, traps, minor pipes) * Support inspection of equipment such as generators and pumps * Report technical failures for intervention **IV. Waterproofing and Specialized Work** · Perform waterproofing tasks on roofs, tiles, and exposed surfaces · Execute preventive maintenance to avoid leaks and deterioration · Support interventions on façades and structures **IV. Basic Carpentry and Adaptations** · Perform basic carpentry tasks (adjustments, repairs, installation of wooden or similar elements) · Support locative adaptations involving lightweight structures **VIII. Plumbing and Sanitary Engineering** · Repair water leaks in pipes and minor connections · Unclog toilets and drains · Perform maintenance and replacement of faucets and fixtures · Clean and maintain gutters **IX. Gardening** · Perform grass cutting in green areas · Irrigate and maintain green areas · Trim hedges and conduct basic vegetation control **X. Operation of Machinery and Tools** · Operate pressure washers for surface cleaning · Use polishers, drills, and electric tools · Operate foggers for basic pest control when required · Ensure proper and safe use of equipment **XI. Basic Locksmithing** · Replace locks and door handles · Dismantle and adjust security grilles · Support basic repairs of locking systems **XII. Work at Heights** * Perform tasks at heights (façade cleaning, roof maintenance), complying with safety regulations * Properly use personal protective equipment **XIII.
