Job Summary: We are seeking a Professional Surveyor to control and support construction site activities, performing surveys, layout work, leveling, and field verifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrate the field survey control team. 2. Conduct surveys, layout work, and leveling in construction. 3. Interpret drawings and operate surveying equipment. **INGECONS – Construction and Consulting Engineers** is looking for a **Professional Surveyor** to join our team and support topographic control of construction activities. Work Location North of Bogotá Work Modality On-site Working Hours Monday to Saturday REQUIRED PROFILE * **Bachelor's Degree in Surveying.** * **Valid professional license – mandatory requirement.** * Minimum **1 year of experience in surveying activities on construction projects.** * Experience in topographic surveys, layout work, and leveling. * Knowledge of drawing interpretation and handling. * Proficiency in operating surveying instruments and tools. * Ability to perform calculations, measurements, and field controls. * Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE? * Perform required topographic surveys for construction activities. * Execute layout of axes, points, elevations, and structural elements. * Conduct leveling and elevation verification. * Take and verify field measurements. * Carry out topographic controls during construction execution. * Verify that executed works comply with dimensions, elevations, and locations specified in drawings. * Interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Prepare records and reports of performed surveying activities. * Support the site manager in verifying progress and quantities. * Identify and promptly report discrepancies or inconsistencies found in the field. * Maintain organized records and supporting documentation of measurements.
