We seek candidates with proven experience in cash handling and customer service, playing a fundamental role in secure and efficient cash collection and financial transaction management. This position requires a person with high standards of integrity, accuracy, and strong customer service orientation. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Collection of large cash amounts:** Accurately collect and record high volumes of cash, ensuring transaction accuracy and daily cash reconciliation. * **Customer service:** Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to all customers visiting the teller counter, resolving their questions and needs related to the services offered. * **Card terminal operation:** Operate the card terminal and other point-of-sale devices to process credit and debit card payments, ensuring information security and confidentiality. * **Banknote verification:** Verify the authenticity of received banknotes using the mechanisms and tools provided for this purpose. * **Transaction recording:** Maintain detailed and organized records of all operations performed, using the company's information systems and software. * **Cash reconciliation:** Perform daily cash reconciliation by comparing accounting records with received cash and other payment methods. * **Compliance with policies and procedures:** Strictly adhere to Prosegur Colombia’s security policies, operational procedures, and internal regulations. * **Maintenance of order and cleanliness:** Ensure the work area remains clean, orderly, and safe at all times. * **Document management:** Prepare and archive supporting documentation for completed transactions. * **Incident reporting:** Promptly report any irregularities, discrepancies, or incidents occurring during the work shift. **Job Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum two (2\) years of verifiable experience in similar positions, preferably in the financial, cash collection, or customer service sectors involving cash handling. * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. Technical or technological training in administrative, accounting, or finance fields is an advantage. * **Skills:** * Excellent cash handling and numerical calculation skills. * Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. * Proficiency in office applications (Word, Excel). * Knowledge and experience using card terminals and transactional systems. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and accuracy. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established targets. * Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and reliability.
